Evolution Gaming Accelerates US Expansion with New Studios and Hasbro Deal

Evolution Doubles Down on the US Market

Evolution Gaming, the global leader in live dealer casino products, is making its most aggressive push into the United States market. The company has announced plans for new studio facilities in Michigan, expanded capacity at its existing New Jersey operations, and an exclusive multi-year partnership with Hasbro for branded game shows.

These moves come during a period of flat European revenue growth for Evolution, making the US market essential for the company’s continued expansion.

Ezugi as the Second Brand

Evolution is strategically positioning its sister brand Ezugi as the second-largest live dealer provider in the US market. The new Michigan studio will host Ezugi tables, providing operators with an alternative live dealer offering at a different price point than Evolution’s premium products.

This dual-brand strategy allows Evolution to capture market share across multiple operator tiers, from high-volume mass-market platforms to premium VIP-focused operations.

The Hasbro Partnership

A key element of Evolution’s product strategy is an exclusive multi-year deal with Hasbro to develop branded live game shows. MONOPOLY Filthy Rich is among the first products announced under this partnership, combining the household recognition of the Monopoly brand with Evolution’s game show production capabilities.

Branded game shows have become a critical growth driver for live casino providers. They attract a broader audience than traditional table games, particularly younger players who may not have experience with blackjack or roulette but are drawn to the entertainment value of game show formats.

Galaxy Gaming Acquisition

Evolution has extended its merger deadline with Galaxy Gaming to July 17, 2026, with regulatory approvals expected in Q1 2026. This acquisition would add Galaxy Gaming’s table game innovations and technology to Evolution’s portfolio, strengthening its position in both digital and land-based casino markets.

Competitive Landscape

While Evolution maintains its dominant market position, competitors like Playtech and Pragmatic Play are also investing heavily in US live dealer operations. The competitive landscape is pushing all providers to innovate faster, invest in production quality, and develop products tailored specifically to American player preferences.
